Jenna Graub, Founder
Executive Function Coach
B.S./M.Ed.

My executive function coaching is designed to help clients build confidence and practical skills in planning, organization, time management, task initiation, and follow-through. With supportive conversations, personalized strategies, and consistent accountability, I help clients create routines and systems that make daily life feel more manageable and aligned with their goals. Coaching can be especially beneficial in areas such as academics, careers, and day-to-day functioning.

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process. While it can be growth-oriented and personally meaningful, it is not therapy and does not include diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. When a client’s needs extend beyond the coaching space, I may suggest additional support from a licensed professional to ensure they receive comprehensive care.

I approach each client with respect, compassion, and a commitment to confidentiality. Together, we work to build sustainable habits, strengthen self-awareness, and create positive momentum toward the life they want to lead.
